mrzeldafan123: Haunted Majora's Mask Trailer

Group: 5 - Fair
Name: Haunted Majoras Mask Trailer
Artist: mrzeldafan123
Series: Haunted Majora's Mask
Year: 2012
Description: a Trailer for both the original story and my remastered version.

Alright, I have a few things to say about this one.  First of all, it should be noted that I will post content here regardless of its quality.  This says nothing of my personal taste, and I would also like to point out that I am an English major.  It doesn't take a genius to figure out where I'm going with that thought.  Lastly, the remastered version he mentioned doesn't actually exist.  Unfortunate.

On a positive note, hey, we have a really long series that will keep me busy!  I'm not sure when the series will begin yet, but it'll be fairly soon.

Someone has awakened the wrath of BEN.  The story begins soon.

MisterchidsMachinima: Twisted Theme, Part 1 - BEN'STWISTEDTHEME.wmv

Group: 3 - Successful
Name: BEN'STWISTEDTHEME.wmv
Artist: MisterchidsMachinima
Series: Twisted Theme
Year: 2010
Description: sihtenodev'tndluohsi

This guy started making BEN videos just a month after the original posts.  While this first entry is just music (and such is stated in the title), I feel like it belongs here for storytelling purposes.  I guess you'll see what I mean when you read the story section under the video.

John, a reader of the incident involving the Haunted Cartridge uploads a video.  Nothing too serious.

Rethinking a thing.

Hello, ambiguous number of viewers.  I have a short announcement regarding something that's been bugging me.  The way I post the videos in a series, it seems like they're over way too quickly.  So, I've decided to extend the time period between serial updates by three days.

With that, I guess I'm finished for now.  Have a wonderful evening.

This video is pretty much the same throughout, but the quality is really good and the effect used is nice, so I wouldn't call it a waste of time.  It would make one hell of a wallpaper if you could have an animated wallpaper.

No story available.  Binary translates to "why did you choose to curse yourself?"

Jadusable: Prototype: All Consume Kills (Warning: Extremely Graphic)

Group: 0 - Canon
Name: Prototype: All Consume Kills (Warning: Extremely Graphic)
Artist: Jadusable
Series: Prologue
Year: 2009
Description: These are all of the consume kills that are in the game Prototype. Typically there are two consume kills for each "weapon", but the blade arm has three, unarmed has four (five if you count Web of Intrigue consume), and there are six stealth consumes. There are a few repeats in here - some done in slow motion using the power wheel - from different angles, so enjoy I guess?

This is the second video posted by Jadusable, just two days after his first.  After this, over a year would pass until he came into contact with the being known as BEN.  Though this is one of the first videos (and it's categorized as Prologue), from a story-focused perspective, this entry serves as an epilogue to the events of the Haunted Cartridge, as it introduces ideas that refer to the Moon Children.  It's advised that this entry be skipped and returned to at the end of the Haunted Cartridge arc, if you have not experienced the story before.

You can read more about this entry here.

A post continued from the previous entry, partially by Alex Hall:

...Horrifyingly, over the course of the story, all but a few of Rosa's predictions would come true, from describing the locales Jadusable would visit, to the foes he would face, all leading up to her now-infamous phrase in the video:

Player: "Any advice at all? Something that's going to save my life?"
Rosa: "Don't open it.”

With such a vague phrase to go on, no one really knew what it could mean. At first everyone assumed that Rosa was telling Jadusable not to open the game's save file because it was haunted, but everyone later discovered that Rosa was trying to warn the very viewers themselves about an incident that would happen after Jadusable had released his fourth and final video.

However, the coincidences didn’t stop there.

The other video, featuring the game Prototype, was released two days after Bloodlines. It shows the main character, Alex, running around New York City killing pedestrians with “consume kills.” With tags including “terrible,” “fate,” “drown,” “me,” and “next,” it hints to more than is seen.

Jadusable: Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines - Rosa

Group: 0 - Canon
Name: Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines - Rosa
Artist: Jadusable
Series: Prologue
Year: 2009
Description: No one has put this up yet so I figured I'd take the liberty and do it. This is what happens when you encounter Rosa in the beginning of Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines in Santa Monica, and shortly after talking to her you end up being drowned in dialogue. What follows is a rather creepy and cryptic conversation about the player and his future. Several of the things she alludes to are kind of vague, though, like the lone wolf, but her sporadic facial expressions coupled with her fourth wall breakage definitely spooked the hell out of me when I first played the game at night stoned.

This is the very post ever made by the man we know today as Jadusable.  Before his encounter with the Haunted Cartridge and the mysterious old man, he played two games and uploaded moments to YouTube.  This is the first.

You can read more about this entry here.

An altered, more detailed version of Alex Hall's post on Within Hubris:

On September 07, 2010, when day four.wmv was first released, Jadusable only had two other videos on his YouTube channel. One of them was a cryptic prediction scene involving a character named Rosa, taken from Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, and the other was random gameplay footage from Prototype.

Both of these videos were uploaded in the summer of 2009, before the events of the Haunted Cartridge began.

While the Prototype video was seemingly standard fare for a gaming channel on YouTube, the Bloodlines video was almost curiously out-of-place. All it contained was the dialogue of an unimportant character from a game released in 2003, and that was the full extent of it. Rosa, in Bloodlines, has a mutation that gives her the ability to predict the future; when the player talks to her, she gives cryptic clues as to what that game's plot will be.

At first, she was only a side-thought to those desperately trying to help save Jadusable from the haunted cartridge, but as the story progressed, people began to notice there were some disturbing similarities between Rosa's cryptic messages and what was happening to Jadusable.

“[...] after talking to her you end up being drowned in dialogue. [...] several of the things she alludes to are kind of vague, though, like the lone wolf. [...] when I first played the game at night stoned.”

The video description itself contained hidden words that were central to the haunting - "drowned," "stoned," "lone wolf," and "fourth wall," and viewers suddenly realized that it was too much of a coincidence to be unrelated...

Cancellation for tonight.

Hey guys.  Since there's a super special day tomorrow, and two days in a row for updates just doesn't look good to me, we're gonna cancel tonight's update.  It also gives me a bit more time to wade through the metric tons of content I have.

I work hard for this!  Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience.  See you all tomorrow.

Blueshift Productions: Majora, Part Three - Second Half

Description: *DISCLAIMER* This is an acted out, scripted fan created series. This is in no way related to any other stories other than Jadusable's original story.

The second half to the previous entry, it follows less than an hour after Mike and Chase meet the new guy from Within Hubris.  It's not very long, but it does well with what time it has.

Mike, Chase and the Atari Guy return to the house once inhabited by Ben and Ryukaki.

This video is actually different from most in that it was neither created in Majora's Mask or with video software, but with Garry's Mod.  It could use music, but I can't complain too much.

Description: *DISCLAIMER* This is an acted out, scripted fan created series. This is in no way related to any other stories other than Jadusable's original story.

Hello, audience.  As we continue the Blueshift saga, we're seeing things starting to look a little familiar.  While technically the longest entry in this arc, the first half of part three ends with minutes of silence.  Or does it?  Combined with the second half, it is the longest entry in the arc.

Mike and Chase return to the motel and register on Within Hubris.  A new friend arrives and elaborates on Jim's lackluster explanation.

This is the final video in Richie's series.  There isn't much to it (no gameplay at all), and it leaves us on a disturbing note.  You may call it a cliffhanger, I call it finished.

Update Schedule: June 2015

Hello, ambiguous number of people who may or may not be here!  It's the first of the month, which means it's time for the Update Schedule.  Spoiler alert: June is a good month.

Update days are marked in orange, and special days are marked in red.

As you can see here, we have two special days side by side each other (and one even fell into a regular update position!).  June is the month in which Jadusable posted his very first videos, which are what you're seeing in red.

I hope you're looking forward to the update tonight.  See you then!
